Our weekend at Haus Am See was a delightful escape. The location, just a stone's throw from the spa center and picturesque Schmelzteich lake, was truly superb. Even though the rooms were on the cozier side, they were immaculately clean. The landlady's efforts to communicate in English added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel truly welcome in this family-run guest house. For a tranquil retreat in Bad Sachsa, Haus Am See is a charming choice worth considering.
